Trans-Nzoia Deputy Governor, Philomena Kapkory laments over Bundles and Tea Money at the Senate.

Yesterday, senate was treated into melodramatic presentation by the embattled Transnzoia County Deputy Governor Philomenah Bineah Kapkory who was appearing before the cohesion and reconciliation committee. The deputy governor who since, she caused drama in one of the former MCA's burial in Sabot Subcounty, Had gone missing with her close acolytes she was undertaking her operation from her palatial home in one of high-end rise in Nairobi suburbs. 

In her submission, Ms.Kakopry complained of discrimination saying; over a time her office imprest has reduced drastically like fluids running in leakey pipes. She started by elaborating how she has spent close to 400k personal money in giving tithes, offerings in church, harambees ,paying for her flight charges which she presume the county Must cater for that. In what looked like incoherent submission the DG blamed the governor for not sharing his itinerary to her since her joy is to move around with the governor and even have time for selfie-photos , although close source reveals the Dg had a serious unit called governor's delivery unit which until she the time she absconded the duty she was the head.

The Deputy Governor further casted aspersions to a section of executive for not paying her a visits or consulting her, despite being a senior officer and knowingly she was a resourceful person. The Deputy lamented that she's being under used whereas she expected the governor to heap sizeable portion of duty on her to showcase her ability and capability 


The Dg, further said , the governor found it strange on how she's was well wired on matters connection since she can have overseas tours anytime she wishes as long as she has been given a go head by the CoG, and not necessarily from the governor. 
In her closing remarks, the DG complained on how she has been assigned one vehicle instead of atleast four prados and a phalanx of officers to guard and man her Koykoy cow pen, Kitale Milimani Rented home and her Nairobi home. The Dg Said she's not feeling wethever she campaigned for if her office expenditure can be reduced from 600k t0 50k, making her even unable to regularly repair her portable fan, buy refreshments in her office and vehicle and having liquid cash to atleast sort the Sabot elders who oftentimes visits her. Privileges which she said is comfortably enjoyed by junior officers as she teary watch.

Trans-Nzoia Woman Representative Lilian Chebet Siyoi this afternoon came to terms with village demons when angry youths turned against her and chased her with state sponsored food donations. Abnormal Demands By Trans-Nzoia Nurses Sparks Reaction.

Trans-Nzoia County Union of nurses are under furry after the boardroom demands from the county leaked to the public who unleashed  on them. Speaking on Saturday Governor George Natembeya expounded on the issue of the nurses, citing the agreement made was based on the allocation which was made before the national government slushed counties allocations, making it difficult for the counties to honour the matters raised by nurses like salary increment.
