Rc Natembeya Redemption Message To Transnzoians In Sulwe Fm.

Today while in Sulwe Fm morning  show Rc Natembeya  touched on pertinent issues affecting  rift Valley and Transnzoia. 

To begin with he spoke about squatters and their resettlement. He has promised to lobby to the national gvt about the landless  people resettlement.

On infrastructure. 

Rc Natembeya said he's pushing the government to ensure  atleast  kiminini constituency and sabot gets tarmac  road ,since the representative of the areas have delayed to lobby for such major projects.

On devolution:

 Rc Natembeya  said proper structure on implementation of county gvt project  should be done majorly by locals Especially  contractors. He has insisted  immediately he assumes office, local investors and contractors shall be empowered.

On health. 

Rc Natembeya said he will ensure health care is provided within Transnzoia County without travelling to neighbouring counties. He said he will ensure equipping of local hospital for faster treatment. On nurses and medical officer payment will be timely immediately to ensure health workers get humble time to attend to sick person. He added all the five subcounties in Transnzoia shall have well equipped subcounty hospitals.

On Education. 

Rc Natembeya  said , in county bursary disbursements he will ensure reasonable allocation of  bursary  to facilitate full scholarship, rather than partial funding. Which may cause students to drop out.

On ECDE Teachers. 

He said  immediately he assumes office all ECDE Teachers shall be employed  on permanent and pensionable basis. He also said he will ensure the shortage of 1200 ECDE Teachers shall be factored into consideration.

On Youth Empowerment and Employment. 

Rc Natembeya said he will ensure , skilled ,semi skilled and unskilled youths have been incorporated in his leadership and county government.  Majority being  boda boda  ,he acknowledgably commented on their orderly conduct. He further said when he assumes office he will Empower boda boda Saccos . He also said he will create a good working environment by ensuring state of the art boda shades. And youth favourable tax.

To demisfy on wrong notion that he spearheaded  the demolition of people business Rc Natembeya said , already 100m has been set aside to ensure ultramodern stalls in the areas will be set up soon ,

On water and sanitation. 

He said he will focus on upgrading slams like matisi  and Tuwan  to ensure well piped  water and smooth flow of street lights.

On Agriculture. 

Rc Natembeya said he won't entertain, middle men since their sole duty is to exploit  farmers.  He said Transnzoians are going to sell their finished products not  raw material for farm produce. He further said guarantee minimum return policy shall be set  up , for Value Additions.

On farm inputs he said he will spearhead on bargaining to get donors and funds to set up locally production firms.
