A Rogue CECM In Trans-Nzoia- Phanice Khatundi.

Trans-Nzoia County residents are puzzled with latest trend of a rogue CECMS whose behaviour is now the talk of town, what begun as murmurs has gravitated into a full blown scandalous mode, in industrial scale!

Phanice Naliaka Khatundi, a teacher by profession from Mumias , who was picked by Governor George Natembeya to serve as CECM Agriculture has become a thorn in the entire county flesh, from reporting fellow CECMs to the governor, creating unending propaganda againts her juniors and even seducing junior officers, a drama queen.

In many allegations, the one that has remain rhythmic rendition, the CECM has been called out for filming her colleagues and sharing pictures to their financès when they're in social places.

It's reported, Trans-Nzoia County social media is ranging in furryy over her uncultured behaviour of division. Influencers who have picked a bone with her have not spared her either.


Severally, Ms. Khatundi has bragged how she's close to the governor and her dream to be the Trans-Nzoia women rep is unstoppable. Those who have suffered under her confrontation behaviour includes Governor's personal assistant Mr. Emmanuel .Her bullish behaviour has isolated her to operate like an Island.


It's alleged her brandish behaviour is because of kick backs and unholy alliances with Kenya kwanza senators like Cherargei whom she has developed dalliance with him lately due to senate interaction!
