Regional commissioner George Natembeya has laid down blue print for youths immediately he assumes office basing on their abilities: skilled ,semi_skilled and  unskilled shall all be captured in his leadership to ensure they prolifically contribute to the growth of Transnzoia county

On Boda boda riders Rc Natembeya has assured them safety training courses  which the county shall sponsor it fully and zero interest loan on , a hire purchase  motorbikes.
Natembeya has noted on how ,youths are being exploited  harshly by buying motorbikes in installment.  He has promised the youths a proper policy to cushion them.
Football and athletes. 
Rc Natembeya has promised to rekindle all sleeping talents and refurbishing of neglected and stalled sport centres in Transnzoia,  to ensure sporting talents are tapped and promoted,  He has expressed his regret on how teams can lack funding yet county government can set aside a kit to accommodate all teams and athletes.,under his leadership Rc Natembeya has promised to singlehandedly fight cartels who have become thorn in the wound to curtail youths from benefiting. 
Youths Employment. 
Although white color jobs may not be fully realised to all graduates and learned fellows.
Rc Natembeya has he will focus on championing self reliance  and business oriented work. Rc Natembeya has said its through business that many people have been elevated to top notch level despite having papers, he however said youths shall be fully incorporated in his government as watchdog to their peers.

Abnormal Demands By Trans-Nzoia Nurses Sparks Reaction.

Trans-Nzoia County Union of nurses are under furry after the boardroom demands from the county leaked to the public who unleashed  on them. Speaking on Saturday Governor George Natembeya expounded on the issue of the nurses, citing the agreement made was based on the allocation which was made before the national government slushed counties allocations, making it difficult for the counties to honour the matters raised by nurses like salary increment.
